Specializing in treating Toxic Industrial Waste (TIW) since 1997, we provide customers with excellent solutions to manage toxic, hazardous and specialized wastes, including wastes that are new to Singapore and unique to the industry.

We are the only company in our field that collects all kinds of wastes and recyclable materials for treatment at one single, integrated facility. We run more than 14 main treatment and recovery systems at our 7-hectare special waste management complex.

We provide collection of industrial and commercial waste. In order to help customers save cost and reduce their environmental footprint, the management of ICW focuses on material recycling and recovery. We work with customers to establish custom-tailored recycling solutions. Typical materials recovered include metals, paper and plastic. 

ECO manage wide range of Bio Hazardous Waste including bio-medical waste, pathogenic waste and cytotoxic waste in safe and timely manner. Our Bio Hazardous trucks are metal encased, secured and fitted for easy and complete sterilization. They are equipped with lifting platforms for ease of collection and delivery.

ECO works in partnership with customers at their sites to deal directly with wastes and recoverables at the point of generation.

We allocate our dedicated specialists to your premises to coordinate all aspects of waste management, including segregation, sorting, collection and recovery, as well as documentation, licensing, and regulatory requirements.  By doing so, we lift the burden of waste management from customers, reduce cost, and enhance recycling and sustainability outcomes.

ECO owns and operates a major incineration plant for the treatment of wastewater sludge. We receive the dewatered and dry sludge generated by all of the PUB Water Reclamation plants (WRPs) in Singapore.

The incineration process uses advanced Japanese technology, and more than 50% of the heat from the process is recovered to dry the incoming sludge, nearly eliminating the need to use external fuel sources.

ECO is a leading provider of destruction services. We place a strong focus on the confidentiality and security of customers’ off-spec and/or obsolete products. With our well-equipped facilities, we are able to handle materials such as confidential documents, consumer products, beverages in containers and bottles, machines and other bulky materials that customers wish to destroy and dispose with peace of mind.

ECO owns and operates an accredited laboratory under the Singapore Accreditation Council - Singapore Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (SAC-SINGLAS). Our laboratory equip with comprehensive equipment to provide environmental testing services with the support from a team of competent and experienced technical staffs and chemists.

Our key strategy is to work closely with customers to recover their complex industrial and chemical wastes, giving the materials a new life, and thus contributing to environmental and business sustainability.  Our business models include toll processing (recovering chemicals for customers to re-use in their original processes) and recovery and sale of chemicals into the market to maximize value and reduce treatment cost.  

We deploy advanced technologies to recover organic wastes (solvents or oil) and inorganic wastes (acids and bases) including thermal, physical and chemical recovery systems.
